Q. Is there a place to leave my luggage?
A. Yes, you can leave your luggage before check-in from 1:00 p.m. If you want to leave your luggage before 1:00 p.m., please use the coin lockers at Hikifune Station or the luggage storage service of Sagawa Express located inside Tokyo Skytree as well as check-out time.
Q. Can you clean my room during my stay?
A. After check-out, our professional cleaning staff will clean your room. However, to respect your privacy, we ask that no one other than guests enter your room during your stay (if you would like us to clean your room or change your sheets during your stay, we can do so for a fee).
Q. Can I check in early or check out late?
A. Sorry, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out.
Q. How do I get to my room?
A. For security reasons, detailed directions to your room will be sent to you 3 days prior to your stay after you complete advance check-in.

This is not a party room. If there are noise complaints from neighbors, a penalty fee may be charged through Airbnb's arbitration center. 2.
