Is there a place to leave my luggage?
Unfortunately, there is no place to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, but there are large lockers and luggage storage facilities near the nearest station.
2. Can I have my room cleaned during my stay?
After check-out, the room will be cleaned by professional cleaning staff; to respect your privacy, non-guests are generally not allowed to enter the room during your stay (if you wish to have your room cleaned or your bed linen changed during your stay, you will have to pay an additional fee).
3. Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in or late check-out is generally not possible, but it may be possible depending on other guests' schedules, so please contact us in advance.
4. How do I get to my room?
For security reasons, we will send you detailed instructions for accessing your room after you have completed your reservation.
Points to note
1. Duvet covers and sheets may differ from those shown in the photos due to washing. Please be aware of this in advance.
2. Smoking is not permitted in the room.
3. Cooking utensils are provided as a minimum requirement.

(5) The area is residential. Please keep quiet. Restaurants and supermarkets are located around the station, about 2 minutes walk away.
(6) Please clean the dishes and kitchen before checking out.
7. When staying for a long time, please separate and dispose of your garbage at the designated garbage collection point.
8. We provide plenty of consumables such as paper towels and toilet paper. If you are staying for a longer period of time, please prepare your own supplies.
9. Fixed Wi-Fi is available. This is an unlimited fiber optic connection. If you wish to use Wi-Fi outside, it is convenient to purchase a SIM card at the airport or at a nearby convenience store. (Prices range from ¥2,000 to ¥4,000 and can be used for 7 to 30 days.)

Any items left behind that are larger than 30 centimeters per piece will incur a commercial oversized garbage fee.
Disposal fees for suitcases and other items are 3,300 yen per item (tax included).
[Non-Banquet Halls]
If a neighbor complains about noise and needs urgent attention, the management company will charge a high disposal fee. If you include all costs such as sending a greeting to the neighbor at a later date, you may be charged more than 50,000 yen for a single complaint. Guests are requested to bear the costs on the invoice.
General cleaning after your stay (changing bed sheets, cleaning the room, disposing of garbage) is included in the accommodation cleaning fee. If you leave the hotel in a state that is considered to be post-party (piles of unwashed dishes, empty cans left in the room, food left in the refrigerator), the cleaning company will invoice you for additional cleaning costs. Guests will be asked to pay for the additional cleaning costs.
